- Have full legal rights to sell all listed products
KizAfrika reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or permanently remove sellers who fail to meet these requirements or violate marketplace policies.
2. Product Standards
To maintain quality and buyer confidence, all products must meet legal and marketplace standards.
All products must:

- Comply with applicable safety and regulatory standards
- Not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or cultural protections

7. Refund & Return Policy
